Privacy policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
AiWebGen ("we", "us") builds and hosts websites at aiwebinfra.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: aiwebinfra@gmail.com.
Who this covers
Site owners — people who create an AiWebGen account to build and run websites.
Visitors and members of sites we host — for these, the site's owner decides what is collected and why; we process it on their behalf. Each site's own privacy notice applies too.
What we collect
Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name, email address and Google account id.
Your content: the pages, pictures, files, products and settings you put on your sites.
Members of a site: their email address, a securely hashed password (never the password itself) or their Google account id, and what they may access.
Orders and payments: order details for sales on a site. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
Technical logs: requests, errors and security events, kept to run, secure and support the service.
Feedback and Assistant conversations: what you send us, and your conversations with the built-in Assistant.
How we use it
To sign you in, run and publish your sites, process orders, send the emails the service needs (sign-in codes, order notices, password resets), keep the service secure, answer support, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google sign-in
When you sign in with Google we receive only your name, email address and Google account id, and use them only to sign you in and identify your account. We do not share them, and our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that run parts of the service for us: Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage and email), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), and Anthropic (the built-in Assistant, which receives your messages and the page you are working on to answer them). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your editor preferences. A site owner may add their own analytics to their site; their notice covers that.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account or site exists. A deleted site is held for a short period so a mistake can be undone, then removed. Logs are kept for a limited time for security and support.
Your choices
You can see, export and change your content at any time, and ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing aiwebinfra@gmail.com. Members of a site can delete their own account from that site's sign-in pages, or ask the site's owner.
Children
AiWebGen is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell account holders of any significant change.
