Terms of service

These terms apply when you use AiWebGen ("we", "us") at aiwebinfra.com to build and host websites. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: aiwebinfra@gmail.com.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account, including changes made by AI agents or the built-in Assistant acting for you.

Your content

You own what you put on your sites. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only to run the service for you. You must have the right to publish everything you upload.

Acceptable use

Do not use AiWebGen for anything illegal, for malware, phishing or spam, to infringe others' rights, or to abuse the service or other people. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why where we can.

Selling and members

If you sell on your site or collect members, you are the seller and responsible for your products, prices, taxes, delivery and refunds, and for publishing a privacy notice for your visitors and members. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms.

Plans and payment

Paid plans and Assistant credits are billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If a paid plan ends, your content is kept and the paid features stop.

The service

We work to keep AiWebGen available and your content safe, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Keep your own copies of important content; you can export a site at any time.

Ending

You can delete your sites or close your account at any time. We may end the service for an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date above and tell account holders of significant changes. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
